Chris Maloney
Chris Maloney is a talented performer and founder of Wallace Theatre in Johnson City, TN, established in 2020. Growing up in a small town in South Carolina, Chris has traveled extensively across the country. He began his acting career in Jacksonville, FL, in 2001, performing in hundreds of improv shows, leading corporate workshops, and training adults and children in improv.
In 2004, Chris moved to Chicago to train at legendary theatres like Second City, ComedySportz, and Annoyance Theatre. His performance accolades during that time include commercials, short films, touring MC/Host for live events, professional storytelling, and a traveling children's theatre company.
At Wallace Theatre, Chris has directed and performed in various productions. His on-screen roles include starring in Eric Church's "Two Pink Lines" music video, serving as a spokesperson for Centennial Wireless, and portraying various detectives on the true crime show "Fatal Attraction." Skilled with ear prompter and teleprompter, Chris is represented by Talent Trek in Knoxville, bringing a wealth of experience and talent to every project he undertakes.
